Hi Guys, it’s Mayor Cheeky Monkey HD.Com, here, with news of a brand new Youtube series: “SimCity BuildIT LIVE”.  Before I give you the lowdown, why not watch the first episode:

So, Guys, what’s the new series all about? 

It’s all about SimCity BuildIT and it’s also all about live streaming…and it’s also all about so much more.

As an experienced SCBI Mayor, it’s easy to become blase about the day-to-day administration of a thriving city, so I thought to myself (and who else am I going to think to?) why not take things back to the beginning?  The answer I can back with was: “There’s absolutely no reason not to do that.” So I did.

The above video is the result. It’s the start of a new city and I’m loving it.  Unfortunately the first few minutes of the video are marred by the background music being rather more than in the background.  I was simply unable to turn it off.  And in many ways, isn’t that the perfect metaphor for being a mayor?

I’m hoping some of you guys jump onto future live streams, not only to ask me advice, but so we can build this city together.  If I’ve learned anything as a mayor then it’s that it must be a collaboration between all stakeholders.
